Meridian Health Partners is seeking a skilled Physician (MD) to join our team. Delivering care in both post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and residential senior living communities. The ideal candidate will provide primary patient care, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and coordinate healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and obtain medical history


• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses


• Promote preventive health measures


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care


• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations

Physician Qualifications:

• Texas State Medical Licensure


• Current D.E.A Certification


• Board Certified


• Inpatient/Hospitalist experience welcomed
