Physician (MD/DO) for our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Vermont

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 Annual Salary. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday daytime, with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. The physician manages primary care for an adult and geriatric population in the long term care setting and partners with on-site nurse practitioners and nursing teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont medical license (MD or DO) and active DEA
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, or geriatric primary care preferred
• Comfortable rounding across multiple facilities and traveling within the state
• Strong clinical documentation and team collaboration skills
