Physician (MD/DO) VA TBI Evaluations | 1 Day/Week | Syracuse & Watertown

We’re seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform VA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) disability evaluations in a flexible, part-time role. This position is 1 day per week, alternating between Syracuse and Watertown, with minimal travel.

• 1 day/week schedule — no nights, weekends, or on-call
• Evaluation-only role — no treatment, no follow-ups
• Travel to Watertown just 2x per month
• Opportunity to expand to up to full-time by adding General Medical exams
• Compensation: Earn $180 per exam, with full-time potential ranging from $140,000–$150,000 annually

• Perform VA TBI-focused evaluations
• Review medical histories and relevant diagnostics
• Complete clear, timely, and thorough reports

• MD or DO with an active New York license
• Must meet qualifications to perform VA TBI exams
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel to Watertown 2x/month
• Interest in performing General Medical exams (preferred for expanded hours)
