Description
Our agency is in need of a primary care physician who can provide interim coverage to an employee/family based clinic in South Bend, IN.
Details:
Start: March 10 - July 31
Hours: Mon & Weds - 6a-2p, Tues & Thurs - 10:30a-7:30p, Fri - 7:30a-4P
Basic primary care, ages 2+ (not many peds)
8-10 patients per day
Dispensing clinic
$130 per hour
Malpractice covered
Paid Module Training (2 hours)
Paid Shadow Training (4 hours)
Requirements
Must have clean, active IN licensure
Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine
Must have clean background check
Must live locally
