We are seeking a Neurology Physician for a locum to perm coverage in Indiana

• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 0800-1700, last patient @ 1630 or 0800-1630, last patient @ 1600
  

• Must be Board Certified
  

• EMR: Epic
  

• IN license required
