Job Summary:

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to help build and lead the ob/gyn practice supporting the brand-new Wellstar Columbia County Hospital, opening in Fall 2026 in Grovetown, Georgia.

The new Wellstar Columbia County Hospital will be a state-of-the-art facility designed to deliver high-acuity care in a patient-centered environment. Our facility will be equipped with advanced technologies and backed by the vast resources of Wellstar Health System, one of Georgia’s largest and most integrated health systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full scope ob/gyn services

• All call shifts (1:10) and deliveries at Wellstar MCG

• Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• GYN procedures performed at Columbia County Hospital

• Outpatient practice located at the new Columbia County Medical Office building

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
