Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient population
• Deliver evidence-based preventive care and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current NY state medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
