Position Overview 

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients (ages 16+), focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications 

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Eligible for an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license.
