Physician (Primary Care) - Must Speak Mandarin or Cantonese

COMPENSATION: 
- $240,000 to $300,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This private practice was founded in 2013 and, today, encompasses more than 250 employees supporting 50 physicians and a large staff of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They operate more than 30 clinics throughout New York City and the surrounding area, providing full scope primary care, with specialty centers for gastroenterology, cardiology, physiatry, oncology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, and more.


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The physician will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled.  The physician will be supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

All work is within the area of standard primary care (internal medicine or family practice):

- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- chronic disease management
- minor sick/injury visits

The practice uses the MDLand EHR.

There are no on-call responsibilities.

The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.


REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- must speak Cantonese or Mandarin fluently
