The Physician Provider Liaison serves as a key ambassador of MedRVA Healthcare, responsible not only for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships between referring physicians and MedRVA but also for sharing our mission and vision with the healthcare community. This role is instrumental in recruiting physicians who are seeking greater support and independence through MedRVA Physician Services and/or who are looking to bring surgical volumes to one of our two outpatient surgery centers. The ideal candidate will passionately represent MedRVA’s values, demonstrate strategic outreach capabilities, and serve as a collaborative partner to both internal teams and the provider community.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion and effectively communicate the mission, vision, and value proposition of MedRVA Healthcare to physicians and provider groups.
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans aimed at recruiting physicians interested in partnering with MedRVA Physician Services or utilizing MedRVA’s outpatient surgical facilities.
Build and sustain relationships with referring provider offices through regular visits, ongoing engagement, and consistent follow-up.
Serve as a trusted resource and liaison between physician offices and MedRVA, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and promoting collaboration.
Lead educational sessions, practice presentations, and networking events that highlight the benefits of aligning with MedRVA.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for referred physicians and patients, including providing insights into provider needs and referral trends.
Monitor referral patterns and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and guide outreach strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all provider interactions and report regularly on key performance indicators related to physician engagement and recruitment.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in a physician liaison or healthcare sales role, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving referrals.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, referral processes, and physician practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
An associate or bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a physician liaison or healthcare sales role, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving referrals.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, referral processes, and physician practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
