Team-Based Care

Work alongside a comprehensive multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including:

• Nurses & Mental Health Associates


• Social Workers & Case Managers


• Therapists and Psychologists


• Substance Use Counselors


• Discharge Coordination Team


• Medical Consult Services

Complex cases (treatment-resistant depression, severe mania, psychosis, dual diagnosis, and medical comorbidities) are managed in a highly structured inpatient setting with rapid psychiatric and medical evaluation and evidence-based treatment protocols.

Schedule & Call

• 7 on / 7 off schedule (10-hour shifts)


• 1 night per week call


• 1 in 6 weekends


• Daytime on-call coverage 8 AM – 5 PM for ED referral screenings and urgent inpatient needs

Safety & Support

• CPI-trained staff with non-violent de-escalation protocols


• Restraints used only as a last resort for safety


• Duress panic buttons for staff


• Security rounding on all inpatient units
