Experience with physician recruitment, practice management, including financial and marketing planning Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Working knowledge of physician recruitment, physician practice management, including financial and marketing planning Prior specific functional responsibilities: Familiarity with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales. Preferred experience: Knowledge of the medical community preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required. Must be outgoing and mature enough to work with all levels of the organization which includes physicians, upper management and hospital staff. Must be able to organize, prioritize, and bring closure to multiple projects with many disruptions. Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, database) highly desirable.
