Bachelor's degree required Recruitment experience required 3 - 5 years of healthcare and/or provider recruitment experience preferred Familiarity with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales Knowledge of the medical community preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Computer proficient with knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, databases Relationship building and recruitment with residents/fellows Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required. Must be outgoing and mature enough to work with all levels of the organization which includes physicians, upper management and hospital staff. Must be able to organize, prioritize, and bring closure to multiple projects with many disruptions. Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, database) highly desirable.
