Physician Relationship Specialist - Rewarding Work

Summary:

The Physician Relationship Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships between Curalta Podiatrists and various specialty physician groups.

Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops Physician Relations Strategy and tactics with Marketing Director & Clinical Team
• Develops reports and reporting cadence related to referrals and new patients
• Accountable to budget of new patients and growth of other healthcare provider referrals
• Develops, manages, and sustains relationships with members of physician network of managed care service providers
• Develops deep understanding of patient value within Curalta
• Develops top referring sources list for company and office and strategy to support
• Source and Develop target healthcare provider lists for each office/doctor and execute upon relationship planning
• Executes on sales strategy and tactics related to growing new patients and returning patients
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Associate degree in marketing or business is preferred
• 3 years' experience working within healthcare required

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has experience in developing referrals into a multisite healthcare environment
• Understands administrative functions and relations of other specialties
• Can navigate EMR
• Can develop and interpret reporting related to referral trends
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with Doctors and Admin teams in healthcare

• Understands cross functions of Operations, Marketing, Clinical
• Understands clinical specialties and subspecialties in and related to Podiatry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
