Physician - Urgent Care

OVP HEALTH is a family-owned physician group practice company focused on the delivery of hospitalist and emergency department physicians.  OVP's physicians and affiliated providers practice in hospitals and other inpatient facilities. The current opportunities are provided by OVP and contracted by hospital systems throughout WV, KY, and OH. 

OVP Health seeks an Urgent Care Physician who will be expected to practice in Massillon, Ohio.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

OVP Health is in search of a qualified physician to practice in the areas of Urgent Care. The physician would be expected to work 12-hour shifts, 10a-10p, 7 days on and 7 days off, however we will entertain other scheduling models, ie; 5 days/week, 4 on-3 off, etc. The number of patients will vary day to day, but the clinical responsibility of the physician would be to treat and evaluate patients while providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

• 
  Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date


• 
  Candidate must have completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine residency program


• 
  Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine

All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
