Pick, Pack, Ship Associate 9a-5:30p OR 11:30a-8p

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Pick, Pack Ship Associate is to accurately pick, package, and prepare products to ship for customer order fulfillment.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Efficiently locate products per orders in rack and shelving locations

·         Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

·         Follow written instructions with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all packing and shipping tasks.

·         Utilize barcoding, labeling to identify correct parts         

·         Pre-packing stock

·         Route picked orders to final destination

Qualifications:

·         Basic math and counting skills

·         Ability to read and write in English

·         Ability to follow written instructions accurately and independently.

·         Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free order fulfillment.

·         Effective communication skills.

·         Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

·         Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

·         Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet

·         Ability to crouch and stoop

·         Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day

Working Conditions:

·         Warehouse environment with moderate noise from power industrial trucks
