Regular face-to-face interaction

This entry-level position picks merchandise and prepares orders for accurate, secure shipment.

Primary responsibilities

·       Select products from designated inventory locations

·       Verify order accuracy

·       Pack, label, and stage completed orders

·       Maintain an organized packing and picking area

A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided. Team members help maintain an organized, clean, and safe picking and packing area while following established procedures
