Pickleball Program Director

• 
  
  Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, beginner 101s, leagues, open plays, socials, and tournaments
  
  


• 
  
  Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players
  
  


• 
  
  Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building
  
  


• 
  
  Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ advanced players
  
  


• 
  
  Work closely with Racquet Sports Director and the tennis team to plan multi-sport tournaments and, pickle and padel events
  
  


• 
  
  Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community
  
  

• 
  
  Proven success in developing and scaling programs that boost member engagement and revenue
  
  


• 
  
  Strong understanding of tournament and league operations
  
  


• 
  
  Enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  
  


• 
  
  4.0+ DUPR rating preferred
  
  


•
