Pickleball/Tennis Teaching Professional

The Fountaingrove Club, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Pickleball/Tennis Teaching Professional! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.   Hourly plus additional pay on-court

  $40,000 - $70,000 per/year
  
  

• 
  
  Develop and lead a range of instructional programs for all skill levels and ages
  
  


• 
  
  Teach private and group lessons, clinics, and workshops
  
  


• 
  
  Assist in organizing leagues, socials, and tournaments (minimum of 2 tournaments and 6–8 social events per year)
  
  


• 
  
  Lead and participate in Open Play sessions to encourage engagement and identify coaching opportunities
  
  


• 
  
  Provide member ratings and personalized coaching plans
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with management and the Court Sports Committee to promote offerings
  
  


• 
  
  Keep online calendars (Club Essentials) and bulletin boards up to date
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure proper care and maintenance of courts and equipment
  
  


• 
  
  Help enforce guest policies and support bocce programming
  
  


• 
  
  Additional duties as assigned
  
  

• USAPA


• USPTR


• RSPA certification (or equivalent)


• 
  
  Minimum 4.5 playing level in both sports
  
  


• 
  
  Previous experience coaching players of varying skill levels
  
  


• 
  
  CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  


• 
  
  Strong communication and organization skills
  
  


• 
  
  Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems
  
  


• 
  
  Available for evenings and weekends as needed
