Pickup and Delivery Driver Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Pickup and Delivery Driver to support our Service Department. This individual will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering vehicles for our customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and professional, with a strong sense of direction and customer service. A clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently pickup and deliver customer vehicles


• Maintain an accurate delivery log and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and submitted


• Conduct basic inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure it's in good operating condition


• Provide excellent service during interactions with customers, representing the dealership in a professional manner


• Assist the service department with other support tasks when not driving


• Adhere to all company and traffic safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous delivery driving or automotive driving experience preferred


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required


• Driving Skills: Strong attention to detail and time management while operating pickup and delivery routes


• Problem Solving: Ability to handle route issues, such as traffic or customer feeback, professionally and calmly


• Communication: Courteous, clear communication skills with customers and team members


• Technology: Comfortable using GPS software or mobile apps


• Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and eager to support the team wherever needed


• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
