Pick-up and Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
Ziems Ford Corners is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pick-up and Delivery Driver to join our team in Farmington, New Mexico. As a full-time individual contributor in the auto industry, the driver will be responsible for providing efficient and timely pick-up and delivery services to our customers. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time hourly position and pay's $12.50 per hour. We work about 8-10 hours per day Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and safe pick-up and delivery of vehicles from the dealership to customer locations, and vice versa.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after deliveries to ensure any damages are reported.
- Maintain accurate records of pick-up and delivery schedules and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating the company vehicle.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers during the delivery process.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Farmington area and surrounding regions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
- Available to work flexible hours.
