Pictures Team Leader 2nd shift

Viwinco is currently seeking a Pictures Team Leader to join our team! This role is essential in driving operational excellence, ensuring production aligns with our Core Tenets and Viwinco Production System. The Team Lead will play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.


• Ensure production processes align with Viwinco’s standards and best practices.


• Oversee daily operations, address safety and quality concerns, and manage workflow.


• Train new employees and facilitate cross-training initiatives.


• Conduct process audits, maintain organization, and ensure adherence to 5S principles.


• Collaborate with supervisors, quality teams, and production staff to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.


• Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.


• Experience with Standard Work, 5S, and process auditing.


• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.


• Proficiency in reading tape measures and using hand tools.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple roles.
