Job Description:

Pierre GMC of Everett, a leading automotive dealership in the Everett area, is currently seeking a talented and experienced F&I Manager to join our dynamic team. As an F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in the dealership's success by ensuring seamless and efficient financing and insurance processes for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing and insurance rates for customers.


• Present financing options and products to customers, explaining the benefits and terms in a clear and professional manner.


• Assist customers in completing finance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.


• Collaborate with sales staff to identify and maximize profit opportunities through the sale of finance and insurance products.


• Work closely with customers to address any concerns or questions related to financing and insurance, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.


• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.


• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.


• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts.


• Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to finance and insurance processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


• Proficiency in dealership finance and insurance software systems.


• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
