What You'll Do:

• Lead dynamic, empowering Reformer-based group classes for all fitness levels
• Create a welcoming, inclusive space where every client feels seen, supported, and inspired
• Deliver clear cueing, offer safe modifications, and provide personalized attention
• Build lasting relationships with members and keep them motivated along their journey
• Represent the uplifting, professional spirit of Club Pilates Grand Blanc
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive studio environment

Who Were Looking For:

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
• Confidence teaching group Reformer classes (Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus experience is a plus)
• An upbeat, motivating personality with strong communication skills
• A true passion for movement, wellness, and helping others thrive
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable and flexible, with availability for consistent classes and occasional subbing
