About the Role:

We are seeking a Experienced Pile Driver to join our team at Lancaster Custom Dock & Lift Systems. As a Pile Driver, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of our custom dock and lift systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Drive and extract pilings to provide foundational support for dock and lift systems

Operate and maintain pile driving equipment and tools

Assist in the assembly and installation of dock and lift components

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

Requirements:

Prior experience in pile driving or marine construction

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work in outdoor and marine environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
