Xtrordinair is hiring full-time Pilots in Command for our Hawker 900XP, operating under both Part 91 and 135. We’re looking for skilled, experienced aviators who take pride in professionalism, safety, and delivering a first-class experience for every client. You’ll be a key member of our team, trusted to represent Xtrordinair with integrity both on the ground and in the air.
This position follows 7 days on, 7 days off rotation with some flexibility. We prefer Texas-based candidates, though home-basing may be considered for the right individual. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 3,500 hours total PIC time, 2,500 hours multi-engine, and 1,000 hours in turbojet aircraft. A Hawker 900XP type rating is required, along with at least 200 hours in type. Candidates who have completed initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 12 months are strongly preferred. A current FAA First Class Medical and valid passport are also required.
As PIC, your responsibilities will include thorough preflight planning, ensuring all documentation and aircraft conditions are in order, and overseeing all aspects of flight operations. You’ll be responsible for leading the crew, managing performance, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and professional experience for passengers. Compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company procedures is expected at all times. You’ll also assist with proper loading, monitor weight and balance, complete postflight duties, and stay current with required training.
