Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

Weld Test: 6” pipe, Schedule 40, 45° angle – MIG root (downhill), flux fill and cap (uphill)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter Welder to join our team in Tulsa. This role is critical in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in pipe fitting and welding techniques, blueprint reading, and adherence to strict safety standards to support efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for manufacturing operations
• Perform MIG root and flux core fill/cap welds on 6" Schedule 40 pipe
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and prep pipe to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pipe fitting and welding experience required
• Strong understanding of welding procedures and pipe fitting techniques
• Ability to pass required weld test
• Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship
