Your Essential Responsibilities as a Pipe Layer

• Enter into trench boxes to perform assigned duties for extended periods of time under safe conditions.


• Direct new pipe into trench while constantly communicating with the operators to ensure safe pipe movement.


• Driving cars, trucks, forklifts or other equipment as properly trained to do so.


• Dig ditches and trenches or backfill dirt using hand tools such as a shovel or other appropriate tools.


• Load and unload materials from trucks. Requires ability to lift, push, and pull. 


• Assist with construction site cleanliness. Pick up debris, waste, trash and dispose of in proper locations.

What We Need From You (Our Requirements)

• Experience as a Pipelayer


• CDL Class preferred but not required


• Strong work ethic – we are fast-paced! 


• Reliable – your team relies on you to get the job done!


• Willingness to learn – there are lots of growth opportunities if you want to learn our trade!


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 


• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds


• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop in order to use hand tools 
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and includes shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
