Piping Project Manager / Superintendent – New Factory Construction

We are seeking an experienced Piping Project Manager or Superintendent to lead the piping scope for a large-scale greenfield industrial facility construction project. This role requires a minimum of 10–15 years of hands-on experience in piping systems installation, with a strong background in gas, steam, oil, chilled water, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field installation of all process and utility piping systems from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors and piping crews, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Interpret and execute construction drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and project plans
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, and other trades to resolve field issues and maintain project flow
• Monitor material deliveries, installation progress, and work quality
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, client specifications, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of experience managing piping systems on industrial construction projects
• Proven experience with gas, steam, oil, chilled water, and pneumatic piping
• Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.)
• Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
