Pit Loader Operator

Luck Stone Kershaw SC Plant is seeking a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to safely operate a 988 Loader while consistently delivering a high level of performance. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of completing essential job duties independently with minimal supervision.

Hours: 6:15am -4:30pm Mon-Fri

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Safely and efficiently operate CAT 988 Pit Loader


• Follow all company health and safety policies and regulations.


• Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks.


• Ensure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading.


• Promptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman.


• Assist with other construction-related duties as needed.


• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.


• Participate in required meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site preferred


• Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Dependable, attentive, and committed to quality performance.


• Willingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.
