As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team and help create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

The Role:
As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature wood-fired pizzas, ensuring each pie meets the high standards of quality and flavor we’re known for. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth, efficient service in a high-volume environment, while also demonstrating a commitment to consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired oven
• Make fresh pizza dough and maintain inventory of pizza ingredients
• Ensure pizzas are consistently high-quality and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed
• Provide a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong background in wood-fired pizza ovens
• Extensive experience making fresh pizza dough from scratch
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough stretching, toppings, and oven operation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without compromising quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
• Passion for pizza and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
