Pizza Cook

Pizza night with our brand new pizza oven is popular with members. We’re looking for a Pizza Cook who takes pride in a perfect crust, works fast without getting sloppy, and keeps the oven running all evening.

What you’ll do

• Prep dough, sauces, and toppings so the station is ready for service
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas to recipe and presentation standards
• Manage the oven and timing so orders go out hot and consistent
• Position will also work in the Main Kitchen as a Line/Prep Cook when pizza service is slow/unavailable
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and keep your station spotless
• Clean, restock, and close down the station at the end of the night

You’ll fit right in if you

• Have Food Handler certification
• Have pizza, line, or quick-service kitchen experience (we’ll train the right person)
• Work quickly and consistently, even when the tickets pile up
• Are a reliable teammate who shows up ready to work
• Can work evenings and weekends; part-time and full-time schedules available

Bonus points for

• Experience with wood-fired ovens or hand-stretched dough
