Job Summary
Mamma Mia is seeking an energetic candidate with experience making pizza dough, working pizza ovens and is familiar and comfortable with restaurant kitchen procedures. These daily tasks - food prep, required cooking and setting up supply stations are all key components of the Kitchen’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction at Mamma Mia!
The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Consistently uses/promotes safe and sanitary food handling practices.

Efficiently prepares pizzas per customer order.

Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment

Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary

Flexibility with schedule.

Punctual, responsible with reliable transportation.

Follow all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year pizza making experience, full service restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent time management skills

Strong leadership skills

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
