Job Description:



Responsibilities:




  • Pizza Preparation:


    • Prepare and assemble pizzas according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

    • Stretch, shape, and top pizza dough with a variety of ingredients, including sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables.

    • Ensure that each pizza is made to order and meets our quality standards for taste and presentation.




  • Oven Management:


    • Cook pizzas in the pizza oven, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results.

    • Manage oven temperature and adjust as needed to maintain optimal cooking conditions.

    • Ensure pizzas are baked to a crisp, golden perfection with even cooking.




  • Ingredient Management:


    • Maintain inventory of pizza ingredients, including dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings.

    • Assist with ordering and stocking ingredients to ensure adequate supply and freshness.

    • Properly store and handle all food products to prevent spoilage and ensure food safety.




  • Kitchen Duties:


    • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area.

    • Assist with prep work and cleaning tasks as needed, including washing dishes and utensils.

    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.




  • Customer Interaction:


    • Occasionally assist with taking pizza orders and answering customer inquiries when needed.

    • Ensure that all pizzas meet customer specifications and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.




Qualifications:



  • Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

  • Strong knowledge of pizza ingredients, preparation techniques, and cooking methods.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality pizzas.

  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
