Job Description

We are seeking an Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiating with insurance companies, developing strong case strategies, and providing exceptional client service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, including MVA,premises liability, and slip and fall claims.
• Evaluate case value and develop strategies to maximize settlements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best possible outcome for clients.
• Work closely with medical providers to ensure proper treatment and      documentation.
• Prepare and review demand letters, medical records, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed and involved in their cases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Attorney in Texas and in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Experience with case management software is a plus.

The following additional qualifications are a plus, but are not required:

• Bilingual – able to write, read, and speak Spanish.
• Experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law, with a strong background in pre-litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements.
