Planner/Scheduler, Planner/Scheduler Sr.

Planner/Scheduler ($27.46 - $34.32 per hour)

• A working knowledge of project planning and scheduling at a level normally acquired through the completion of an associate degree in construction management and/or technical degree in a related field; and


• One-year related experience in project scheduling with a natural gas company, engineering, construction or related experience.

Planner/Scheduler Sr. ($30.70 - $38.38 per hour)

• A working knowledge of project planning and scheduling at a level normally acquired through the completion of an associate degree in construction management and/or technical degree in a related field; and


• Four years’ experience in project scope development with engineering and project management; project work breakdown structure development; project resource staffing, estimation and schedule loading; critical path reviews and schedule risk analysis and developing special project reports or equivalent experience.

• Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage, or unauthorized access.


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.


• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.


• Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Requires travel – minimal (10%). Overnight stays may be required.


• May be subject to substance abuse testing program.

• Pipeline industry experience.


• Training and/or experience with formal project management principles.

• Works closely with project managers, engineers and construction supervisors to create accurate project schedules.


• Updates and revises project schedules as changes occur.


• Creates special milestone schedules and project reports as assigned.


• Assists others with use of scheduling software tools.


• Supports presentation of project schedules and district resource schedules at bi-weekly Project Meeting.


• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
