DESCRIPTION
Provide expert support to the project team in planning and implementing assembly equipment and systems.
Coordinate onsite preparation activities for final assembly projects, ensuring readiness and alignment with project timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors, to ensure effective communication and execution.
Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all project processes, plans, and implementation activities. Support coordination and control of multiple assembly planning activities across cross-functional teams.
Oversee and support conveyor system planning, installation, and integration within the assembly environment.
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly equipment and workflows.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, completeness, and compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Automotive design engineer, Industrial engineer, Mechanical engineer or related.
Proven experience in final assembly projects, particularly in onsite preparation and coordination.
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and site coordination within manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Experience coordinating multiple activities within assembly planning and project environments.
Solid understanding of plant engineering processes, including equipment installation and commissioning.
Experience with assembly equipment and conveyor-related project processes.
Strong expertise in automation systems, including PLCs and corporate/industry standards (e.g., VASS6).
