Planning Manager

Join Us as Our New Production Planning Manager!

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics and a knack for optimization? We're looking for a new Production Planning Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a fantastic group of people who handle everything from production planning and inventory to shipping. You'll be a key player, working closely with our Business Planning team to make sure we're always one step ahead, meeting customer demands and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a team of 4 talented supply planners.
• Collaborating with our Business Planning team to create and execute operational plans.
• Analyzing performance metrics and sharing critical insights with management to help guide decisions.
• Overseeing our warehouse and shipping operations to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Optimizing our supply chain from raw materials to finished products.

What We're Looking For

• A B.SC in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Production Planning & Control.
• At least 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader.
• An excellent command of English, good enough to lead a professional discussion.
• A "team player" with great people skills.
• Someone with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
• A tech-savvy mindset—you're naturally curious about how things work.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with warehouse and shipping operations.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
