Plant 1 - Quality Control Inspector

Summary:

The general function will be to maintain the quality of all manufactured products from receiving through production, to final inspection and testing, and finally packaging, packing and marking requirements as specific.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver’s license with excellent driving record.
2. Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime.
3. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately.
5. Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds.
6. Ability to establish effective working relationships.
7. Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload.
8. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office product. (computer literate)
9. Accepts responsibility and demonstrates leadership.
10. Is able to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
11. Trustworthy- Able to keep business confidences as required.
12. Open minded- Willing to embrace change.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a related quality/manufacturing position is preferred.

Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:

CPR/First Aid
