Plant Controller Opportunity:

As our Plant Controller, you'll be at the forefront of financial stewardship, providing vital operational financial reports and analyses to drive plant performance and support our divisional business management. Your role is not just about numbers; it's about nurturing partnerships, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and championing internal controls to safeguard our company's assets.

Principal End Results:

• Strategic Financial Management: Plan, organize, and oversee all accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities in alignment with corporate policies.

• Insightful Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis, offering valuable insights to management and highlighting trends and potential challenges.

• Budgetary Expertise: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and business plans, providing thorough financial evaluation and interpretation to guide decision-making.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness and operational agility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a talented team of finance and purchasing professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local regulations, and internal control frameworks, maintaining strong internal controls over financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (Required)
• Master's Degree or MBA (Preferred)
• Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification for WCM (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant/Business Controller or equivalent role with increasing responsibilities
• Proficiency in SAP in a controlling environment (Required)
• Strong Excel and presentation skills (Required)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes effectively
• Prior experience in manufacturing is highly desirable
