Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician – 4-Day Work Week!

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM 
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

As a Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast paced environment


• Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment


• Rebuilding pumps and other production-related equipment as needed


• Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately


• Assisting with line setups and changeovers


• Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of 3 years of electrician and maintenance or related technical experience


• Technical school preferred


• Allen Bradley PLC experience required


• Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus


• Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills


• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines


• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Journeyman’s license preferred
