Plant Foreman

o Follow and perform all duties assigned by the Plant Production Manager

o Operate equipment within the pipe coating processing plant

o Ensure staff are not in harm’s way before moving any pipe

o Ensure all processed pipe meets and/or exceeds the quality standards as specified by the Company’s Manuals or Client’s Specifications

o Operate equipment as designed by the manufacturer and perform maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation

o Record and document all required information upon completion of activities

o Comply and enforce with all company safety rules/policies, regulations, company quality standards, and ISO policies

o Participate in safety/tool box meetings

o Participate in on-the-job training and any additional training 

o Maintain proper housekeeping in assigned work area

o Maintain Equipment before and after use

Other tasks, as assigned by Plant Production Manager 

o High School Diploma or equivalent Required.

o College Degree in related field preferred.

o 2-3 years Mechanical Experience preferred. 

o Previous equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment required 

o Must be mechanically inclined and prefer prior mechanical experience

o Must be available to work overtime and rotating shift work

o Ability to comprehend both written and verbal English language
