Starting Rate - $15 / Hour

Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. is hiring a Groundsman at our Asphalt Pant in Panama City, FL.   

• Grease baghouse before startup each shift and every 4 hours during production after


• Grease all bearings on plant the first Friday of each month


• Refill Oilers weekly


• Walk Plant looking for any potential problems and notify Plant Operator


• Check truck tailgate when under Silo


• Check Conveyor belt alignment


• Adjust skirt board on Bins


• Clean under all Conveyor belts.


• Any other duties assigned by Plant Operators or Plant Foremen


• Communicate with Operators.


• Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles, team player with strong interpersonal skills, dedicated and hard working.


• Must  pass a pre-employment drug test/heavy demand physical. 


• Must have reliable transportation.
