Are you passionate about horticulture; trees, shrubs, plants and lawn care? Our company is rapidly growing and we are expanding our tree and shrub care group. If you like working outside, this role will involve tree and shrub applications and excellent customer service. 

Requirements

Horticulture, pesticide application or forestry experience is preferred. Our most qualified candidates will have solid tree identification and pathology knowledge, as well as experience performing chemical applications. However, if you have a willingness to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry. Other necessities needed to carry out this type of work are:

• Ability to to work in all weather conditions

A job as a plant health care route manager you will work with fellow associates to create and sustain healthy trees and shrubs one client at a time. Our plant health care specialists are individuals trained in the art and science of maintaining and caring for trees and shrubs.
