We are currently seeking an organised, customer-focused Plant Hire Controller to join our Plant and Transport team in Levenshulme.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in managing hire enquiries, coordinating equipment bookings, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Responding to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints.
Order Management: Processing new hire requests, managing existing orders, and coordinating collections.
Equipment Coordination: Ensuring the right equipment is available, checking stock levels, and liaising with the workshop for maintenance.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of hires, processing invoice queries, and assisting with stock control.
