Plant Janitor

Position: Plant Janitor – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Mondays begin at 5:30 a.m.)

We are currently seeking a dependable Janitor to support daily facility operations in a manufacturing plant environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and overall organization throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Removing trash and managing garbage throughout the plant
• Operating a floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment
• Cleaning production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and general floor care
• Restocking restroom supplies and maintaining sanitary conditions
• Following all plant safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing setting
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting during the shift
• Must pass a background check and urine drug screen
• Strong attendance and reliability required

This is a steady 1st shift opportunity in a fast-paced plant environment.
