 Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Plant Manager:

#1. Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment

#2. Proven leadership in plant operations and maintenance

#3. Strong knowledge of environmental and safety compliance

#4. Expertise in inventory and supply chain management

#5. Solid business acumen for budgeting and cross-functional collaboration

 Requirements of the Plant Manager:

• Five years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with production systems, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
• Engineering or Business Degree preferred
• Knowledge of biomass markets, wood species and the wood pellet industry a plus.
