Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Location: Denver, Colorado

Position Summary

JK Concepts is seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in commercial millwork or wood product manufacturing to lead our production operations and drive performance to the next level. This role requires more than operational oversight — we are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead all plant operations including production, scheduling, maintenance, safety, and quality.

· Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across departments.

· Establish clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable to results.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve margins.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

· Implement and maintain best practices in commercial millwork/wood product manufacturing.

· Partner with engineering, project management, and leadership to optimize workflow and capacity planning.

· Champion workplace safety and maintain compliance with all regulations.

· Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial millwork, casework, cabinetry, or wood product manufacturing.

· Proven success managing plant operations in a production-driven environment.

· Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow in a millwork setting.

· Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.
