Role Overview:
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Dallas manufacturing site, with a clear mandate to lead the site into its next chapter of growth. This role requires a hands-on, forward-looking operational leader who can build capability, strengthen leadership discipline, and create the conditions for the Dallas site to become a world-class operational site.
The Plant Manager is accountable for delivering business objectives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and employee engagement while building a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, coaching, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires the ability to positively develop leaders and teams, strengthen performance management, and raise the overall capability of the site.

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and material flow.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply risks and improve performance.
