The Euclid Chemical Company is seeking a results-driven, hands-on leader to join our team as Plant Manager at our Odessa, Florida manufacturing facility.
Summary: The Plant Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of manufacturing facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and profitable production. This highly visible and hands-on leadership role is accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Delivery objectives while maintaining compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations and company standards. The Plant Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for production, maintenance, inventory management, scheduling, workforce development, capital planning, and financial performance and serves as the primary liaison between plant operations and corporate functions.
